    I have really enjoyed working out at 5:17 with Jennette. She is not only knowledgeable about everything fitness and nutrition related, but fun to talk to, which makes the workout fly by! She's great at fostering friendships amongst clients and even let me bring my 2.5 year old with me when he experiences separation anxiety. I always bring my 2 month old, and Jennette is so caring and considerate with her if she ever got upset when we were there so I could focus on the workout. Plus I've had results quickly!

    I know Jennette Holzworth from my BNI group. I attended 5:17 Total Body Transformations several events. I enjoyed all the fun and results they offered.     Jennette has helped me on my fitness and transformation goals for almost one year now and I am so thankful to have met her.     When I started training for my half marathon with Jennette I was a bit dubious of being able to break 2 hours. I'd been running for 15+ years and had completed 4 marathons and 2 half marathons. I thought after having 2 babies and nearing 40 that my best running days were behind me. But I've since learned that through resistance training and proper nutrition the best version of me is just now emerging. Makes me excited for what lies ahead!

    I consider myself a pretty active person and used to run marathons. When I became a mom though, getting up and motivating myself to workout became harder and harder. Joining ICE has been a great way for me to stay in shape, get stronger, and have fun doing it. I love the ladies I work out with too. Knowing that they will be there is sometimes the only thing that gets me out of bed - especially during the winter months where it's pitch black outside at 6:30 am. Jennette is great about pushing me and I love that she's always looking for ways to make the experience even better. My ICE classes are something I can honestly say I look forward to every week!

    First of all, I don't like to exercise alone. I also don't like to exercise in public around strangers. I also -- don't really like to exercise.

    Jennette really does what she says: she creates programs that busy moms CAN do, feel successful with, and actually see results for their efforts. She started with me exactly where I was, didn't expect much (thank goodness) and made sure I was laughing through most of my time with her - making the following soreness (because that's real life) actually make me think of her and ...I swear... SMILE.

    I have a three day per week in half hour sessions regimen with JENNETTE and I always leave my workouts feeling energized and exhausted. She gently urges me to push beyond my limits and I have seen steady improvement. She makes me feel like she's my own personal trainer. And she tries to change up the workout so we don't get bored. She does that in very creative ways where some work better than others. I highly recommend ICE to anyone who may hate exercise like I do, or not, and who wants to stay highly motivated.
