Workout of the Week: Get A Leg Up

This is a fun HIIT workout to do at home that requires no equipment and will help boost energy, burn fat and increase confidence for your day! 

Use the timer linked here to keep track of your pace - you'll do three rounds, 40 seconds of each exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest between exercises. Take 1-2 minutes rest between rounds.
