We talk often about gaining confidence as a goal of a wellness program... but the "how-to" manual on that is a bit cloudy given the way confidence actually grows. 

Confidence is a muscle that grows stronger and develops under resistance. We get there by going. Starting with what's doable, then increasing the difficulty, the muscle becomes better able to withstand that which stands against it. 

With time, fear gets easier to walk alongside; failure gets easier to handle. You've got what it takes.
