Normalize the process.

Normalize the process.

We tend to see only finished products - the rags to riches, the before then afters - and it tricks us into thinking that all journeys are a linear, upward process and if we experience any "setbacks" then that must mean we're doing something wrong.

The truth is that no aspect of our life's journey is a perpetually forward movement, however each and every experience is valuable and vital to our development as people.

Wherever you may be on your journey, whatever you may be experiencing, it is valid, and it is part of your process, no matter how uncomfortable or discouraging it may be.

This doesn't mean we have to enjoy every aspect of this process, but we can recognize that it is developing us - our character, our perspective and our abilities, and it is rarely in vain.

If you could use some encouragement and support in staying true to your journey and process, even when it gets hard, we'd love to offer that support.

Exercise won't solve all of your problems, but it certainly can help you to face them with more strength, energy and confidence.

If you're struggling to get started, or need camaraderie to keep going, ask about our Overwhelmed to Overcomer Challenge, which is a 21-day launchpad to bring calm to the chaos surrounding you, to center that "cap" of self-care that seeps soul deep.

There's just a few days left to join our next round (launching March 21).
