Southwest Beef Sauté

There are only so many ways to cook a beef patty... or are there? Start to finish, this meal takes 15 minutes if you've done your shop & chop!

This recipe is great for weight loss when eaten inside or outside the Metabolic Window.

You'll need:

Ground beef (90/10 or higher)

Seasonings (I like onion & garlic powder)

Organic bell peppers (as many colors as you can find!)

Directions:

Divide beef into 1/4 pound patties. (I slice straight from the box and cook because it makes it more sturdy than creating hand-made patties.)

Grill, or saute on griddle until cooked as desired.

Simultaneously, saute peppers in separate pan until warm.

Smother burgers in peppers and serve. (If your goals permit, sprinkle cheese to taste.)
