Nothing happens until you take action.
You can want it, think about it, mull it over, ponder it, plan it, and then re-plan it. But nothing happens until you take action.

We all have different stories, but at the end of the day we all want to look our best, have more energy, experience fewer aches and pains, and enjoy the sweet satisfaction of achieving goals once and for all.
